About the Role As a Security Manager, you will play a key role in leading the Security team and ensuring the safety, security, and well-being of all guests, team members, and hotel assets. You will support executive management by overseeing daily security operations, implementing robust risk management strategies, and maintaining the highest standards of safety and hospitality.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will supervise security personnel, conduct regular risk assessments, and manage emergency response procedures. You will help drive team performance, foster strong cross-departmental coordination, and create a safe, secure, and welcoming environment without compromising the guest experience. You will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, upholding fire, life, and safety standards, handling crisis management effectively, and stepping in as the lead authority for all security-related matters across the property. About You You are a confident, highly observant, and decisive security professional who excels in leadership and crisis prevention. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, stay calm and authoritative under pressure, and possess a strong ability to balance strict safety enforcement with warm hospitality service. You have proven experience in hotel security operations and deeply understand the importance of safeguarding property, people, and guest privacy while maintaining smooth daily operations. What You Bring Proven experience as a Security Manager, Assistant Security Manager, or senior leadership role within the hotel or hospitality industry. Strong knowledge of hotel safety protocols, emergency response, fire-fighting systems, local security regulations, and occupational health and safety standards. Proven track record in handling crisis management, emergency situations, asset protection, and incident investigations professionally. Strong leadership, conflict resolution, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to coach, train, and develop security staff in emergency drills, loss prevention, and guest-oriented service. Excellent coordination skills with local law enforcement, emergency services, and internal departments. Ability to monitor and manage CCTV, access control, and modern security technology systems. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and respond to on-call emergencies when required. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken. |
