About you

We’re looking for Ambassador to take responsibility for creating a welcome environment for our guests by pro-actively engaging and mingling with them in a warm manner. You will assist and contribute in all front-of-the-house operations. This will involve, handling guest check-in and check-out, identifying customer needs and proactively providing solutions to match and enhance them. We need talents who are:

• Excellent command in English and Good command in Chinese (both spoken and written)
• High level of resilience, strong ability in multi-tasking and adaptability at dynamic workplace
• A cheerful personality and a good sense of humour
• Available work night shift
• Security Personnel Permit (If possible)
• Fresh Graduate is welcomed
• Less experience will also be considered

The Gig

Of course relevant experience would be a big plus but more importantly we’re looking for someone who has a passion for guests, a good eye for detail and a drive for hospitality.  Just as importantly, we are looking for a “go-getter" with bags of energy and people skills that can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment!
