We’re looking for a SPA & Wellness Manager to lead our Salon & Spa, 24-hour Gym Centre, Sauna, and Pilates facilities, where wellbeing meets Mamaka energy.

What You’ll Be Rockin’ :

• Manage daily operations of Salon, Spa, and Wellness facilities
• Lead and inspire therapists, trainers, and wellness teams
• Curate guest focused wellness experiences and offerings
• Ensure service quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met
• Drive revenue through treatments, memberships, and wellness services
• Collaborate with fitness partners and wellness brands for activations and partnerships
• Work closely with Hotel Operations & Marketing teams

About You:

• Proven experience in Spa / Wellness / Fitness management
• Strong leadership with a guest first mindset
• Passionate about health, wellness, and lifestyle trends
• Organized, hands-on, and great with people
• Comfortable managing multiple wellness facilities
• Indonesian only and Bali based
