About the Role

At Kuta Social Club, we don't just serve food, we create experiences. Perched on Bali's iconic Kuta Beach, we're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who loves bold flavours, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and enjoys working with a team that brings great energy every single day.

You'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences by supporting the Executive Sous Chef in leading daily kitchen operations, maintaining high culinary standards, and inspiring the team to consistently deliver quality with creativity and care.

The Gig

• Lead your assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  Prepare, cook, and present dishes that meet Kuta Social Club's quality and presentation standards.
• Support the Executive Sous Chef in maintaining consistency, creativity, and operational excellence.
• Supervise and guide junior chefs and kitchen attendants, creating a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Maintain the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times.
• Manage food requisitions, stock rotation, storage, and inter-kitchen transfers efficiently.
• Monitor product quality, minimize waste, and ensure ingredients meet specification.
  Ensure all dishes leave the kitchen with consistency, speed, and attention to detail.
• Work closely with the wider culinary and service teams to create memorable guest experiences.

About You

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie in a hotel, restaurant, or lifestyle hospitality environment.
• Strong culinary skills with solid knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
  Passionate about food, creativity, and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Food Safety Certification or relevant culinary qualifications are an advantage.
• Good communication skills with a working knowledge of English.
• Positive attitude, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a high-performing team.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to perform well under pressure.
• Always eager to learn, grow, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Indonesian citizens only.
