The role of the CRM & Digital Executive is to plan, manage, implement and enhance Ovolo Group’s customer acquisition and retention activities through a cross channel strategy. If you live and breathe digital and social, this role’s for you!


The gig

  • You will also assist and report into the Digital & eCommerce Manager, helping to develop, implement, track and optimise our marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

  • You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools, with a focus on CRM and strategies, and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

  • The CRM & Digital Executive will work with the marketing team, supporting teams (such as agency and other third party providers) to launch campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Develop consumer communications across channels
  • Creating agendas for CRM related meetings, coordinating relevant stakeholders, and driving the meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience


What you will have...

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field preferred but not mandatory
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in CRM platform management and communications, and a general understanding of digital marketing principles.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments 
  • Basic knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
