Ovolo Group is on the lookout for a “switched-on” and agile Administrative Assistant to take responsibility for business and administration support to the office. The key to this position is being entirely flexible about your duties and being able to adapt and multitask. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic and outstanding team and be part of an exciting future as Ovolo continues to grow!  

 

Of course relevant experience would be a big plus but more importantly we’re looking for someone who has the passion for hotel business and project management. Just as importantly, we are looking for a “go-getter" with bags of energy and people skills that can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment! 

 

Job Duties

  • Support project execution and liaise with internal and external staff and business partner
  • Provide full spectrum of administrative support drafting documents, letters and reports where appropriate
  • Calendar management, schedule appointments
  • Organize and maintain executive's files, records and other materials
  • Support professional office administration services
  • Support ad-hoc projects when required

 

Requirements:

 

If you have

  • 1 years of relevant experience working in administrative level support 
  • Excellent command in English, both spoken and written
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (essential)
  • High level of resilience, strong ability in multi-tasking and adaptability at dynamic workplace
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal skills and flexibility at work
  • A cheerful personality and a good sense of humor
  • the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
