Our event spaces are going gang busters and the team are about to light up 2021 like NYE fireworks in Sydney. We are now seeking a gun C&E Sales Executive to run our booming C&E business for our Melbourne Properties
About the role
Reporting to the Director of Business Development and Partnerships you'll be responsible for the complete organisation of a range of C&E's activities from initial enquiry, providing proposals, overseeing the event, liaising with the ops team, post event follow up in order to ensure complete client satisfaction.
A role to make your own, you will absolutely need previous experience in conference & events sales, with a demonstrated background in sales conversion, organising, facilitating and executing amazing events!

- Experience in C&E sales and enjoys the challenges of the sales environment.
- Is apt as social posts for promotion of the spaces
- You live and breathe run sheets, creative ideas and problem solving, and loves to exceed client expectations!
- A closer who loves to seal the deal and see your conversion rate grow and grow and grow
- Developing and preparing monthly and annual reports to ensure KPI's and sales targets are met
- Happy to roll your sleeves up and get dirty? Do you do whatever it takes? That is the attitude we are calling for!
- Good at Chess? You have multiple event spaces with multiple configurations to play with
- No such thing as pressure? Cool as a cucumber
- A stickler for attention to detail, the little things count!
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook whiz
- AMAZING personality & impeccable grooming is essential- you are the face of Ovolo events in Sydney!
