The GIG - Full Time Sous Chef

 

Success in this role and in the relationship will require you to:

  • learn a new menu being presented to the market
  • support to Paul Wilson to train, lead and nature the team
  • be innovative every day
  • have an eye for high-end restaurant quality food
  • have a strong focus on customer service
  • love to help develop future chef’s, so you’ll share inspiration and ideas with kitchen staff daily to motivate, teach and maintain a positive culture behind the line
  • lead the charge for training kitchen staff, menu creation and ensuring appropriate production of all menu items, ensuring an efficiently operating kitchen that meetings our quality standard while managing labour costs
  • will work in a high performing, fast paced volume environment geared to exceed our guest's needs and expectations on a daily basis

You are a talented, passionate and creative Sous Chef with leadership skills as strong as your ability to dream up a delicious menu. Your ability to innovate, identify and solve problems, and make the kitchen a positive and highly functioning place in the restaurant is second to none. 

 

Our ideal candidate will be innovative, keeping services fresh and updated based on current trends.
