The Gig

As our HR Supervisor, you'll work closely with the Human Resources Manager and Training Manager to oversee the daily rhythm of HR operations and ensure every stage of the employee journey runs smoothly. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, HR administration, Training coordination, and engagement initiatives, you'll help create an environment where our people can thrive.

You'll play an important role in maintaining compliance, supporting our leaders, and bringing Mamaka's people-first culture to life through every interaction.

What You'll Be Rocking

• Supervise the day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes across the hotel.
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including candidate screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, HR databases, attendance, leave records, and confidential documentation.
• Supporting onboarding and induction programs to ensure every new team member receives a memorable welcome.
• Support employee relations by assisting with inquiries, providing HR guidance, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
• Assist with performance management processes, probation reviews, and follow-up actions with department leaders.
• Support Payroll Daily Worker preparation, attendance verification, employee benefits administration, and BPJS-related documentation.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Indonesian labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communication initiatives that bring our culture to life.
• Partner with department leaders to provide HR operational support while continuously looking for ways to improve the employee experience.

About You!

• You're proactive, approachable, and always ready to roll up your sleeves to support the team.

You also have:

• A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or HR Administration, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• A solid understanding of Indonesian employment regulations and HR operational processes.
• Experience supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, training coordination, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all departments.
• Good written and spoken English.
• High integrity with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• A collaborative mindset, positive attitude, and genuine passion for people and hospitality.
