The Role As one of the first faces our guests meet, you'll help create experiences that feel welcoming, effortless, and uniquely Mamaka. You'll: - Deliver warm, genuine, and personalised service throughout every guest interaction.
Handle check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest enquiries with confidence and care. - Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to create memorable stays.
Build authentic connections with guests while maintaining the highest service standards. - Support the Front Office team in ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Represent the vibrant spirit and positive energy that make Mamaka Hotel Bali different.
What You'll Bring - Previous experience in a Front Office or Guest Service role within the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with Oracle OPERA Cloud PMS is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- A warm, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Flexible to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Indonesian Citizen.
