The Gig

As a Bartender (Beverage Artist), you won’t just be pouring drinks you will be setting the tone for unforgettable nights.

You’ll take charge of the bar with your team and management, creating standout guest experiences through craft, personality and genuine hospitality. From cocktail classics to bespoke recommendations, you’ll shape how our guests drink, connect and remember their night.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Craft cocktails using professional bar techniques (shaking, stirring, mixing, precision pouring)
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalised drink recommendations
• Share knowledge of beverages, menu items, pricing and specials
• Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar at all times
• Support food service as needed, including running drinks and assisting the floor team
• Engage guests with local knowledge, events and recommendations
• Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and revenue
• Complete opening and closing side work to brand standards
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, TIPS and compliance procedures
• Adapt to guest dietary requirements and special requests with care

About You

You’re confident, charismatic and thrive in a lively bar environment.

You know your way around beer, wine and cocktails, and you can talk guests through options with ease and personality. You’re proactive, fast on your feet, and bring positive energy to every shift.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 1–2 years’ experience in a bar or beverage-focused hospitality role
• Strong cocktail knowledge and technique
• Great communication and guest engagement skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude
• A passion for creating memorable experiences
