We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to lead Ovolo’s marketing strategy ensuring all marketing activities align with the Ovolo brand, maximising our positive exposure across local and international markets, on all the right platforms, and in all the right ways. The Gig - Deliver and execute the marketing strategy for Australian properties, aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.
- Develop and implement campaigns and promotions in line with PR strategy, working closely with the Brand Team.
- Coordinate promotional and contra partnerships with third parties, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Support hotel teams in leveraging key events with impactful campaigns, media activity, and branded content.
- Manage relationships with Tourism Agencies and key stakeholders.
- Lead PR activity including media relations, pitching, press materials, and daily enquiries.
- Monitor and evaluate media coverage, reporting on performance, ROI, and opportunities.
- Identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and industry peers.
- Oversee content creation, brand storytelling, campaign messaging, and F&B activations.
- Coordinate photography, design, and collateral to ensure consistent, on-brand execution.
- Manage budgets, invoices, reporting, and marketing administration.
- Mentor and develop your direct report, supporting their growth into a Partnerships & Communications role.
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as required.

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
