We’re on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Commis (Indian Cuisine) to join our culinary team and bring bold, authentic flavours to life across our multi-outlet venues.

You’ll be responsible for the preparation and execution of Indian dishes, ensuring every plate is full of flavour, tradition, and creativity. Whether it's rich curries, fresh naan, or sizzling tandoor specialties, your skills will help deliver unforgettable dining experiences.

Reporting to the Indian Chef, this is a fast-paced and hands-on role—perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, high-energy kitchen environment.

We are seeking someone who not only possesses strong culinary skills but also has a genuine passion for authentic Indian cuisine. From slow-cooked curries to expertly grilled tandoori dishes, your understanding of traditional spices, flavours, and techniques will be essential in bringing our Indian offerings to life.

Our concept brings something truly fresh and distinctive to the Bali hospitality scene—offering experiences that have not yet been seen in the Kuta market. As we continue to grow, we’re building a culinary team that supports each other, works with integrity, and strives to deliver memorable, high-quality dining experiences.

• You are a hands-on Commis (Indian Cruisine)  with a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar cutting edge hospitality environment
• Assist in menu, implementation and execution
• Controlling food preparation and managing wastage for your section
• You will enjoy being on tools and bringing our creations to life
• Good knowledge of WHS, food hygiene and efficient kitchen processes
• International experience a plus
