About the Role We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented, digitally-savvy Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to join our dynamic marketing team here in Bali. This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who is eager to learn, grow, and support the execution of marketing initiatives across our CRM, website, paid media, and social channels.
Key Responsibilities : CRM & Email Marketing Affiliate Marketing Website Content & Maintenance - Audit and review content for consistency and accuracy.
- Support SEO-related updates and track performance metrics.
Paid Digital Advertising Analytics & Reporting - Pull data from digital platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta, DataStudio) to support monthly and quarterly marketing reports.
- Assist in analysing trends, tracking KPIs, and summarising digital campaign performance.
- Contribute to post-campaign reviews and documentation.
Social Media Support - Support the Brand team with scheduling and posting content on Meta (Instagram/Facebook), LinkedIn, and Link in Bio platforms.
- Monitor social media engagement and gather insights for future planning.
Team & Project Coordination What We’re Looking For Education & Experience Skills & Attributes Understanding of digital marketing platforms, including CRM, CMS, and social media. Experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar. Experience with affiliate marketing programs like CJ/Tyroo, Rakuten, etc. - Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
