About the Role We’re on the lookout for a detail-oriented, digitally-savvy Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team here in Bali. This role is perfect for someone with a strong foundation in digital marketing who is eager to learn, grow, and support the execution of marketing initiatives across our CRM, website, paid media, and social channels.
Key Responsibilities : CRM & Email Marketing o Execute and support customer email campaigns and automated workflows. o Segment CRM databases and target audiences for hotels and F&B venues. o Build, test (A/B), and monitor performance of email marketing initiatives. o Collect and report on campaign performance data and insights.
Website Content & SEO o Coordinate website updates including images, menus, and promotions. o Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create or update landing pages.
Digital Advertising (Paid Media) o Assist in executing paid search and social media campaigns. o Contribute to campaign ideation, briefing, and content planning. o Support reporting and performance analysis of paid campaigns.
Organic Social Media o Schedule and publish content across Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms. o Monitor engagement and provide insights for content optimization.
Analytics & Reporting o Extract and analyze data from tools like Google Analytics, Meta, and DataStudio. o Track KPIs and trends for digital marketing performance. o Maintain reports on gift card sales and campaign outcomes.
Team & Project Coordination o Organize meetings, agendas, and communications for marketing projects. o Manage internal requests and coordinate across departments. o Monitor shared inboxes and escalate or route inquiries appropriately. o Provide support on ad hoc marketing tasks and team coverage as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field preferred. • 1–2 years of experience in a digital marketing role or internship. Hospitality industry experience is a plus.
Skills & Attributes • Basic understanding of digital marketing platforms, including CRM, CMS, and social media. • Some experience with tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar. • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. • Organised, efficient, and able to manage multiple tasks. • Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Nice to Have • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and email marketing best practices. • Exposure to A/B testing or campaign analytics. • Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools for basic visual editing.
