About the role

Step into the spotlight and help lead our dynamic Food & Beverage team at Mamaka by Ovolo! As Assistant F&B Manager, you’ll be the right hand of the F&B Manager — a crucial player in ensuring our venues run smoothly, service is flawless, and every guest walks away saying "wow."

You’ll mentor the team, keep standards sky-high, and inject that Ovolo energy into everything we do.

The Gig

• Lead day-to-day operations across Street 32 and Kuta Social Club, In room dining, banquet and events.

• Support and empower team leaders and service staff through training and performance coaching.

• Maintain 5-star service, from morning lattes to sunset cocktails

• Manage stock, supplier relationships, and cost controls like a boss

• Collaborate with marketing and suppliers on F&B promotions and content

• Help build a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

• Handle guest feedback with grace, always looking for ways to raise the bar

• Be the fun, firm, fearless face of F&B leadership on the floor

About You

• You’ve got at least 2–3 years of experience in a similar F&B leadership role

• People person? 100%. You love leading a team and creating good vibes

• You’re obsessed with details and know how to deliver polished service

• Scheduling, stock control, training? You’ve got it all in the bag

• Flexible, adaptable, and ready to roll with whatever comes your way

• Hospitality isn’t just a job — it’s your passion

• Bonus if you’ve worked with lifestyle hotel brands or international F&B concepts
