Are you a customer-focused hospitality professional with a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences? Ovolo Hotels is looking for a Reservations Daily Worker (for 6 month) to handle hotel bookings across our vibrant and unique properties in Australia. Key Responsibilities - Update GDS bookings from corporate, travel agents, and industry (e.g., cabin or tech crew) when they make individual bookings not attached to their company
- Respond to emails using standard templates under supervision
- Handle all OTA booking inquiries via the platform inbox and OTA emails received in the team’s mailbox
What We’re Looking For - Passionate : Showing it in reservations, front office, or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Customer-Focused Approach: A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with hotel reservation systems (PMS) and online booking platforms.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
- Fresh Graduate are most prefered.
