Designed for effortless living, Laneways by Ovolo features xx guest rooms and Amphlett house, an upbeat place for guests to gather over humble, honest fare and vibrant libations on tap. The Gig We are on the lookout for our next Wonder Maker, aka Guest Service Agent to join our fun and exciting team. As our GSA, you will be the first point of contact for our guests when entering any of our hotels. You will be their first impression of the hotel and brand and we want it to be a lasting impression! This is a Part-Time role and will require flexibility within availability. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to: - Greeting guests as they enter the hotel
- Checking in & out guests
- Modify and adjust guest bookings accordingly
- Promote the hotel and all it has to offer!
- Make suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the area
- Attending to guest enquiries in person or via phone, email and website
- Supporting the Front Office management team in ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations
