About You

 

We are on the hunt for an incredibly talented and hands-on All Day Dining Manager to lead the team at Kazba – someone who doesn’t just sit behind a desk but thrives on the floor, immersed in the action. You’ll be a natural leader, passionate about delivering exceptional service, and confident both behind the bar and on the floor. You’ll inspire and drive an already exceptional team to even greater heights while ensuring every guest receives a truly memorable, world-class experience.

 

Reporting to the General Manager, we’re looking for someone who leads from the front, sets high standards, and knows how to run a venue inside and out. You’ll have a strong FOH background across bar and table service and be ready to take full ownership of the guest journey from the moment they step in to the moment they leave – and everything in between.

 

This is a high-touch, on-the-ground leadership role, perfect for someone who loves the buzz of service, the rhythm of great hospitality, and the chance to make magic happen every single shift.

 

The Gig

  • Be on the floor and behind the bar – lead by example every day
  • Mentor and develop your team to deliver outstanding, premium-level service
  • Drive day-to-day operations and take full accountability for venue performance
  • Ensure every guest has a seamless, entertaining and memorable experience
  • Identify opportunities for growth, innovation and activation
  • Own the numbers – manage COGs, budgets, stock and financial reporting
  • Maintain an energetic, immaculate, and inviting venue atmosphere
  • Set, monitor and uphold service standards with confidence
  • Create a positive, engaged and high-performing team culture
  • Take action when needed – from quick fixes to coaching conversations
  • Always focus on strategic goals, performance and guest satisfaction
  • Champion feedback – from guests and your team – and action it to continually improve operations and service
