About the role

This position will be a bookkeeping role for all properties managed by the Bali Hub (properties in Hongkong and Australia)

About you

• Self-leading person who can work with minimum supervision
• Pays close attention to details
• Good problem-solving skill
• Strong understanding in English both written and verbal is a must
• Great Communication skill
• Computer skills and knowledge of data entry and inventory software programs.
• Previous experience in similar role is an advantage
• An Indonesian citizen currently residing in Bali

The gig

• Direct reporting to the Finance Manager – Bali Hub
• Daily transaction journal for bank, revenue, room & FB statistics, month-end stocktake journal
• Cashflow reporting
• Month-end journals: prepayment, accrual, management fees
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• Raising recharges invoice
• Providing data as required for external auditor
• Other bookkeeping journal entries for Hongkong properties and support as required by Finance Manager
