The Gig

We’re looking for a Food & Beverage Attendant who can do a little bit of everything and do it with style.

You’ll be slinging coffees, shaking cocktails, running food, delivering in-room dining, and helping create an incredible guest experience across our café, Bruno’s, breakfast service, and hotel outlets. No two days are the same, and honestly, that’s exactly how we like it.

What You’ll Be Getting Up To

• Craft quality coffees as a confident barista
• Serve guests across Bruno’s café, breakfast service, bar, and in-room dining
• Mix cocktails, pour drinks, and keep the good times flowing
• Deliver fast, friendly, and memorable service with personality
• Help guests with menu recommendations and dietary requirements
• Handle POS, billing, and payments accurately
• Keep service areas looking fresh, clean, and vibey
• Work closely with the team to create smooth and seamless service
• Bring energy, ideas, and positivity to every shift

About You

You’re upbeat, confident, people-focused, and thrive in a busy environment.

You know how to read a room, connect with guests, and stay cool when the pace picks up. You’re a team player who’s happy jumping between coffee machines, floor service, cocktails, and guest chats without missing a beat.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or bar service
• Barista skills and confidence behind the machine
• A proactive attitude and strong work ethic
• Great communication skills and positive energy
• A genuine love for hospitality and guest experience
