The Gig

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to support our marketing and design team with creative content, and day-to-day design projects. You’ll get to work across design, content, and communications, helping us bring the Ovolo brand to life across digital platforms and physical spaces.

What you’ll do:

• Design creative assets across print and digital touchpoints, including brand collaterals, signage, menus, marketing decks, presentations, eDM visuals, internal communications, and on-site promotional materials.
• Lead F&B-focused branding and execution, translating concepts into high-impact menus, table collateral, promotional assets, and creative materials that support hotel and restaurant marketing activations.
• Support web design and UX/UI initiatives, assisting with website layouts, landing pages, microsites, and digital experiences to ensure they are visually engaging, intuitive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create and support content production, including photography, short-form video, and basic edits for digital and marketing use across platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and digital teams to ensure creative consistency, brand alignment, and timely delivery of assets across all customer touchpoints.
• Maintain and manage brand assets, including logos, templates, brand guidelines, and image libraries, ensuring everything is current, organised, and easy to access.
• Support marketing and design administration, including asset coordination, managing artwork versions, liaising with suppliers, printers, and external vendors, and assisting with production timelines.
• Assist with creative assets for marketing campaigns and activations, from concept through to final delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand integrity.
• Monitor design, digital, and social trends, and proactively suggest ideas, formats, or visual approaches that can enhance Ovolo’s digital presence and overall brand engagement.

About You

We’re not just after skills - we’re looking for personality, creativity, and drive.

You are:

• A creative thinker with strong attention to visual detail.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) - basic video editing and web design skills are a preferred (Figma)
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident creating and posting content on social media platforms.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Organized, proactive, and not afraid to get hands-on.

• Have prior experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or agency environments.
• Have a keen eye for design trends and social storytelling.
• Bring good vibes and a sense of fun to the team!
