About You You’re a passionate Assistant Wedding & Events Manager who thrives on creating unforgettable moments. Working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing and F&B leadership team, you play a key role in driving wedding and events revenue while ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. - Bring the right attitude, energy, and good vibes ; because weddings and events should feel as good as they look
- Proven experience in weddings, events, or F&B sales within a hotel or lifestyle hospitality environment is a must
- Strong understanding of end-to-end wedding & event coordination — from first enquiry to last dance
- A natural relationship-builder who loves working with clients, planners, vendors, and internal teams
- A sales minded go getter who enjoys converting enquiries into unforgettable celebrations
- Hands-on and proactive, you lead from the front and aren’t afraid to get involved on the day
- Lives and breathes run sheets, BEOs, creative problem-solving, and exceeding guest expectations
- Confident managing multiple events at once without breaking a sweat
