About the Role

As an F&B Attendant, you will be part of creating memorable dining experiences by delivering warm, attentive, and efficient service to our guests. You will play an important role in the day-to-day restaurant and bar operations, ensuring every guest receives exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure.

This is a hands-on role where you will actively engage with guests, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all dining areas. You will work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining atmosphere.

You will handle guest requests professionally, anticipate guest needs, and contribute to delivering experiences that exceed expectations. A friendly personality, strong communication skills, and attention to detail are essential in this role.

About You

You are energetic, friendly, and passionate about hospitality, with a natural ability to connect with people and create positive guest experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a dynamic team.

You have experience in restaurants, bars, beach clubs, cafés, or hotels, and understand the importance of delivering consistent and high-quality service.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an F&B Attendant, Waiter/Waitress, or similar role in hospitality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude with a guest-oriented mindset
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on approach with a willingness to support the team in daily operations
• Good knowledge of food & beverage service standards and hygiene practices
• Ability to handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
• Good teamwork and coordination skills with Kitchen and Bar teams
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
