    Are you a natural storyteller with a sharp eye for detail and a love for all things lifestyle, hospitality, and social? We’re looking for a Content & Social Media Coordinator to bring our brand to life across digital platforms. Someone who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and making moments that matter.

     

    This is not your typical “post and schedule” role. You’ll sit at the centre of a dynamic, cross-functional team, driving content strategy, alignment, and execution across multiple markets and brands.

     

    What You’ll Be Doing

    • Support coordination across key stakeholders:
      • AU Content Creators (content production)
      • Property Teams & GMs (content requests and on-site input)
      • Hong Kong Design Team (creative direction and Instagram feed planning)
      • Bali-based Digital Marketing Coordinator (scheduling, posting, and monitoring)
    • Assist in consolidating content and liaising with the design team to ensure visually aligned Instagram feeds
    • Support the planning and rollout of content in line with campaign calendars across multiple accounts
    • Maintain an organised content pipeline, supporting the process from ideation through to production, design, and publishing
    • Support the coordination of Instagram accounts across hotel and F&B brands, with posting and scheduling managed by the Digital Marketing Coordinator
    • Assist in planning posts per week per account (excluding stories), ensuring consistency and alignment
    • Ensure content includes accurate tagging, collaborations, and partner mentions
    • Conduct regular content checks to support brand consistency, tone of voice, and quality standards
    • Keep up to date with social media trends within hospitality, lifestyle, and food & beverage, sharing insights with the wider team

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • Highly organised with strong project and stakeholder management skills
    • A creative thinker with a strong visual eye and understanding of brand storytelling
    • Experience managing social media across multiple brands or locations
    • Passion for hospitality, lifestyle, and culture-driven brands
    • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
