Designed for effortless living, Ovolo the Valley features 103 guest rooms, Tel Aviv-inspired Restaurant ZA ZA TA, and bar KAZBA, multiple event spaces, and a rooftop pool.

The Role

We’re on the hunt for a Food and Beverage Supervisor (Part Time) who lives and breathes great service, but isn’t afraid to shake things up.

You’re not just about ticking boxes. You create moments. You read the room. You know how to turn a standard service into something guests will rave about. We want someone who brings energy, creativity, and a “let’s make this epic” mindset every single shift.

You’ll be based in the heart of Fortitude Valley, rotating across ABOVE Bar, Kazba, and jumping into Conferences & Events when needed - so no two days look the same.
