Senior Digital Marketing & CRM Executive

Position Overview:
The Senior Digital Marketing & CRM Executive is responsible for leading Ovolo Group’s digital marketing initiatives and CRM strategies across multiple platforms. The role involves overseeing transactional emails, revenue add-ons, chatbot management, website maintenance, and social media advertising. You will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns, focusing on customer engagement, revenue growth, and optimisation of digital touchpoints.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transactional Emails:
  • Ensure confirmation, pre-stay, express check-out, and post-stay emails are optimally set up and effectively communicating with guests.
  • Collaborate with teams to improve guest experience and provide monthly performance reports.
  • Revenue Add-Ons:
  • Oversee the setup and optimisation of website and post-stay add-ons to increase incremental revenue.
  • Conduct team training and ensure promotional content aligns with the Ovolo brand.
  • Chatbot Administration:
  • Act as the master administrator, managing content and proposing improvements to enhance customer interaction.
  • Provide monthly reports on chatbot performance and effectiveness.
  • CRM and Database Acquisition:
  • Lead CRM initiatives, including database segmentation, email automation, and audience personalisation.
  • Provide monthly reports on CRM performance and explore opportunities for growth.
  • GiveX Portal Management:
  • Administer the GiveX Portal, manage user access, and provide detailed reports on sales performance.
  • Ensure timely resolution of guest issues and monitor operational calendars.

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Website Maintenance:
  • Serve as the primary contact for on-property teams regarding content updates (e.g., images, menus).
  • Audit the website for messaging consistency, accuracy, and SEO optimisation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and digital agencies to create landing pages, optimise user experience, and implement UX/UI best practices.
  • Social Media:
  • Build and manage paid social media campaigns on Meta Business Suite, boosting posts as necessary.
  • Assist the Brand team with fortnightly content planning across social channels i.e Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyse social media data to assess campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Liaise with digital agencies to set campaign goals, provide directives, and establish success metrics.
  • Consolidate go-to-market visuals for post-campaign reporting to be shared with the wider team.
  • Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights for future campaigns.
