We’re now looking for a creative and highly organised Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help bring our brand storytelling to life across Australia. The Role This role sits at the intersection of social media, content creation, digital marketing, PR, and brand communications. You’ll support the execution of marketing campaigns and oversee the coordination of social media content across Ovolo Hotels and F&B venues in Australia. Working closely with hotel teams, content creators, agencies, and our Hong Kong creative team, you’ll help shape engaging, culturally relevant, and commercially focused content that drives awareness and engagement. What You’ll Be Doing Social Media & Content Coordination - Coordinate social media activity across Australian hotel and F&B Instagram accounts
- Manage content planning and campaign calendars across multiple venues and cities
- Work with property teams, creators, and agencies to develop engaging, on-brand content
- Coordinate content pipelines from ideation through to production, design, scheduling, and publishing
- Ensure all content aligns with Ovolo’s brand identity and visual storytelling standards
- Support the planning of cohesive Instagram feeds with the Hong Kong design team
- Stay current with social media trends, hospitality content trends, and platform best practices
Digital Marketing & Brand Execution - Support the rollout of digital marketing campaigns and promotional activity
- Assist with website updates, image libraries, and digital assets
- Work collaboratively with eCommerce and digital teams across SEO, SEM, paid social, and online campaigns
- Assist in the creation of short-form video content, UGC, Reels, and TikTok-style assets
- Support reporting and tracking across campaign performance and engagement metrics
PR, Partnerships & Activations - Assist with media enquiries, influencer activity, site tours, and PR opportunities
- Support F&B activations, partnerships, promotions, and brand collaborations
- Coordinate photoshoots, creator content days, and campaign logistics
- Help identify opportunities for brand partnerships and local collaborations
- Maintain promotional tracking and campaign reporting
Administration & Coordination - Manage marketing enquiries and supplier coordination
- Assist with invoice processing and budget tracking
- Maintain marketing asset libraries and content management systems
- Support cross-functional teams including Operations, Revenue, Sales, and F&B

- Has a strong eye for aesthetics, branding, and storytelling

- Is confident communicating across teams and time zones
- Brings energy, initiative, and fresh ideas to the table
Skills & Experience Essential - 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, social media, communications, or content coordination
- Strong understanding of Instagram and digital content formats
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
Desirable - Experience within hospitality, lifestyle, travel, or F&B brands
- Exposure to PR, influencer marketing, or brand partnerships
- Understanding of digital marketing channels including paid social, SEO, and SEM
- Experience using content scheduling or marketing tools
- Basic reporting and analytics experience
