The Gig

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Jakarta Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team and help grow Mamaka Bali Hotel’s presence within the Jakarta market.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing corporate, travel agent, and wholesale accounts while driving business opportunities and revenue performance for the property.

You’ll represent Mamaka Bali Hotel in Jakarta by building strong client relationships, conducting sales calls and presentations, and identifying new market opportunities to maximize room night production and overall business growth.

Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this is a dynamic, hands-on role perfect for someone who is proactive, energetic, and thrives in a relationship-driven hospitality environment.

We’re seeking someone with strong communication and negotiation skills, excellent market knowledge, and a genuine passion for hospitality sales. Your ability to connect with clients, create business opportunities, and deliver results will play a key role in supporting the continued success of Mamaka Bali Hotel.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hospitality sales
• Strong knowledge of and connections within the Jakarta market
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and proactive personality
• Able to work independently and travel when required
• Experience handling corporate, travel agent, and wholesale accounts
• Strong relationship-building and networking abilities
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Indonesian nationals only
