You’re a savvy, innovative, entrepreneurial go-getter with bundles of energy, a positive mindset, and a genuine passion for excellence. You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are driven to succeed while inspiring others around you.

You bring solid experience from top lifestyle hotels or resorts, with proven leadership in managing Housekeeping teams. Delivering an exceptional, mind-blowing, out of this world guest experience isn’t just your job, it’s your standard.

The Gig

• Obsessed with detail? If you can see your own reflection when you polish, you’re speaking our language 

• Bring the right attitude, enthusiasm, and happiness every single day

• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role is a must

• Strong understanding and delivery of 5-star housekeeping standards, no compromises.

• A hands-on leader who leads from the front and thrives in teamwork (yes, it’s a bit like doing the conga)

• Ready to step up, own the role, and show us what you’ve got

• Responsible for maintaining 190 rooms and suites, plus our stylish public and living spaces, spotless, shiny, and guest ready at all times
