Are you a dynamic hospitality professional with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a Cluster Reservations Manager here in Bali, to oversee and optimise our reservations operations, ensuring efficiency, service excellence, and revenue maximisation across our Australian properties. About the Role As the Cluster Reservations Manager, you will lead the reservations team here to deliver outstanding service while achieving financial and occupancy targets. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, ensuring seamless booking processes, and fostering a high-performance team culture within the team. Key Responsibilities - Manage Reservations Process, reporting and Operations: Oversee daily reservations functions to maintain service excellence and achieve financial objectives. This will include delivering superior customer service to respond to inbound calls, emails, and/or making outbound calls and writing outbound emails.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and coach the reservations team, fostering a culture of internal sales, upselling, and adherence to policies.
- Revenue Optimisation: Work closely with the Revenue Optimisation team to implement pricing strategies and drive optimal occupancy.
- System Management & Compliance: Ensure all systems are correctly configured, validated, and in compliance with standard operating procedures. Completing administrative processes that support the reservations process or other service issues.
- Service & Profitability Standards: Maintain best practice standards to enhance guest satisfaction while optimising profitability. Maximising Ovolo’s revenue through closing sales opportunities, including opportunities to upsell or cross sell.
- Cost Control & Performance Analysis: Monitor department costs and ensure budget alignment.
- Recruitment & Training: Lead recruitment and training initiatives to build and develop a strong reservations team.
What We’re Looking For The ideal candidate will have: - Proven Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Leadership & Organisational Skills: Ability to manage and inspire a high-performing team.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservations software.
- Analytical Skills: Keen attention to detail with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
- Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
