Assistant Housekeeping Manager

About the Role

As an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience across the property. You will support the day-to-day housekeeping operations, working closely with the team on the ground to drive efficiency, consistency, and excellence in all areas.

This is a hands-on role where you will lead by example, overseeing room quality, public areas, back-of-house spaces, and the hotel exterior. You will actively participate in operations, support team performance, and continuously enhance housekeeping procedures to meet international standards.

You will engage with guests, handle requests professionally, and ensure every interaction contributes to a memorable stay. Attention to detail, speed, and service mindset are essential in delivering experiences that exceed expectations.

About You

You are energetic, proactive, and solution-driven, with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You thrive in a fast-paced, lifestyle-driven environment and bring a positive attitude that motivates those around you.

You have a strong operational background in hotels or resorts, with proven experience leading housekeeping teams and maintaining high standards across all areas.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Housekeeping Manager or Senior Housekeeping Supervisor
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to be actively involved in daily operations
  • Solid knowledge of housekeeping SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety procedures
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally
  • Basic administrative capabilities including reporting, room inspections, and cross-department coordination (Front Office & Engineering)
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
